Our transport planning team covers all aspects of transport strategy and policy with particular specialisms in public transport, walking and pedestrian modelling, cycling, multi-modal interchanges, travel planning, mobility management and sustainable travel, transport strategy and policy, demand management and modelling.

Our approach is based on a comprehensive understanding of the interactions between mobility, access and land-use. Each commission involves detailed research and analysis of the local context and is often supported by colleagues in our economics, planning, traffic engineering, market research and urban design teams.

From designing multi-modal interchanges used by hundreds of thousand of people a day, planning complete transport networks for new urban settlements to enhancing the walking environment for school trips, our transport planners bring together a mixture of creativity, experience and technology to provide practical cost effective solutions.
