The Interpretive Framework for Historic Carlisle, commissioned by Carlisle Renaissance, is aimed at improving the interpretation of the City’s historic and cultural assets. It is being undertaken in conjunction with CMC Associates and will be a source of structure and guidance for stakeholders within the community to enable them to contribute to the coherent and coordinated development, management and presentation of Carlisle’s rich cultural heritage.
