East Renfrewshire Council has appointed us to undertake a Decriminalised Parking Enforcement Feasibility Study.

The work will involve extensive parking beat surveys in ten town centres, a review of existing traffic regulation orders, consultation and the development of a draft business case which would, if warranted by the results of the feasibility study, be used to support an application for decriminalised parking enforcement powers.
