Lothian Buses
Passenger satisfaction on Lothian Buses.
Colin Buchanan has been appointed by Lothian Buses plc to undertake passenger satisfaction surveys over a three year period. Surveys will be conducted annually using telephone interview techniques covering the Lothian Buses operational area in Edinburgh, East Lothian and Midlothian. The survey information will be used by Lothian Buses to understand customer needs and to improve the services they provide.
