Colin Buchanan has been appointed by Alledge Brook to assess the traffic and transport implications in relation to a new 8,900 unit residential development as part of Kettering’s planned urban extension.
Love Lane Regeneration Scheme
Colin Buchanan provided transport advice and supporting analysis for St. James’s Investments for a major regeneration scheme in Woolwich Town Centre, which includes a new Civic Office building for Greenwich Council, a superstore and other retail units, community facilities, and some 1000 dwellings.
Barrier Park East
Colin Buchanan was appointed by Barratt Homes Limited, Taylor Wimpey UK Limited and London Development Agency (LDA) to provide transport and highway support of a planning application for a residential led mixed-use masterplan regeneration of land immediately north of Thames Barrier.
