Quarry Bank Local Centre has been identified as one of the five priority local and district centres for regeneration by Dudley Council. In order to guide the regeneration of this shopping centre, the Council is working with planning consultants Colin Buchanan to develop a Regeneration Strategy for the area.
As part of CB’s commission to develop the Regeneration Strategy for Quarry Bank, we are delivering a public and stakeholder consultation programme.
The first stage of this Regeneration Plan included a public consultation event held on Monday 26th January 2009 at Quarry Bank Community Centre.
The results of the first stage of public and stakeholder consultation have now been published. These will be used to inform the Regeneration Strategy for Quarry Bank Local Centre.
A summary of the results is available here: Summary Public Consultation Results – January 2009
A full report of the results from the stakeholder workshop is available here: Stakeholder Workshop Report- January 2009

The second public consultation event was held on 16th March 2009, where a set of ideas for Regeneration for the Local Centre were presented to the community and businesses for comments and further suggestions.
Those who were unable to attend or would like to have a second look can view the plans here: Regeneration Options-plans and key features
The consultation period is now closed and the results of this second consultation are now available to download.
