CELLO - Central London Strategic Model
In order to provide the CELLO (CEntraL LOndon) Board (composed of senior TfL management and Borough representatives) with an impact assessment of planned schemes on the road network in central London over the next five years, Colin Buchanan developed a series of future year SATURN models from the CRISTAL-H refresh model.
The Edinburgh Tram project
We continue to provide a variety of transport modelling services to TIE Ltd, the arms-length company set up by the City of Edinburgh Council to deliver the tram.
Isle of Wight Highway Model
Isle of Wight Council appointed Colin Buchanan to build a high level SATURN traffic model of the island for the purpose of forecasting future traffic flows over the next 30 years.
North Staffordshire Multi-Modal Model
Colin Buchanan has developed a multi-modal model of North Staffordshire using the Cube Voyager modelling package.
West Bromwich Integrated Transport Modelling
Colin Buchanan has developed an integrated modelling framework for Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council to test numerous highway designs, demand management measures and to produce a business case submission for West Bromwich.
